All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Canadian customers will have provincial or harmonized sales taxes added to their orders if applicable. Orders are shipped from our Toronto store.
Worldwide customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries. No returns will be accepted from outside of Canada.
We accept Visa and Mastercard but not American Express. Paypal is secure but if you would prefer to call us directly with your credit card number you can reach us at 416-360-7249. We do not accept cheques.
Availabilty of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of customer receiving the package for exchange, refund, or store credit (minus original shipping and handling) and goods are in original, unused condition. Please contact us at email@example.com or 416-360-7249 so that we can make arrangements. No returns will be accepted from outside of Canada. Please ship in original packaging with freight pre-paid. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature.
