Bias	When the grain of the fabric is cut diagonally through the garment creating a bit of stretch to a non-stretch fabric. A garment cut on the bias will shape to the figure.
Coffee	A week's worth of lattes (no foam) from Wagamama's at King and Tecumseth.
Comrags	Modern, uncomplicated.
Cornish	Judy.
Corrie	Coronation Street.
Drape	The way a garment or fabric hangs.
Forward	Ahead of its time, not trendy or classic.
Grain	The direction of the woven yarn.
Gunhouse	Judy.
Judy	Dummy, dress form.
Keeper	When you find something that's worth keeping forever. Example: "He's a Keeper!" (A great boyfriend you don't want to let go.)
Miss	A dud. Something we love design wise that bombs at retail.
Nice	Anything we both agree on.
Not too shabby	Looks good.
Nut	Someone we like.
Sally Ann	Salvation Army, Goodwill.
Sweetie	Dessert, a sweet treat.
Tears & Shots	Magazine or newspaper shots of our clothing that we "tear" out and put in a portfolio.
