AWESOME SHOW!! you guys… totally amazing fabrics with subtle colour and sophistication- and I loved a zillion things…
especially
1. the awesome multicoloured dress with the big border at the bottom ( yeah lots of multi coloured but this was not the drop waist one but the scooped neck nipped waist one) loved them both
2. The first dress that came out
3. The red/rose/patterned shirt that followed closely after and the pencilly line skirt that came with it.
4. The lovely full skirted dress..
And other stuff can’t remember—I”m going to be poor next fall..

Lovely, lovely stuff (no surprise!). I especially liked the 1960s colours and prints groupings toward the end, all that mustard and khaki.
Seriously.

Dear Comrags
Congratulations on a great runway show. I drove D.B. home last night, both of us giggling like school girls as we made up our wish lists along the way. That’s quite a trick, getting everyone whooped up about next winter’s clothes at the dirty, miserable end of the current winter. Brava! Brava! The clothes were beautiful and, well, greed inducing. At least there’s time to save up for them!

Thank you for including me in the audience tonight. I am SO sunk for Fall….I loved EVERYTHING. The mismatched prints, the Patsy/Cline dress versions, ALL the coats…oh man. Well done!!!

…………how am I going to decide??? I’ll just try EVERYTHING…….L.O.V.E.D. the new coat profiles………will get a maxi skirt……….the COLOURS are perfect, universal (by that I refer to skin and hair tone as much as event and intermixing with past pieces)……….the pattern interplay – JUST YUMMY and each fabric is MORE because of its foil, the juxtaposition that is deliberate and intuitive and intellectual and accidental………..what is that fantastic blk/grey on white textile – embroidery???……….COULD YOU HEAR ME EXCLAIMING, “IT’S A HOODIE!” with great, almost embarassing enthusiasm for those [especially Ron and Anne, who actually were laughing] around me
……
……….can’t wait to touch it all……….
APPLAUSE APPLAUSE

Designer Picks Q&A
The Utility Stripe in blue is a comfortable familiar fabric. Each piece can be worn with ease. The Greer Dress, Skirt, and Top have multicolour floral panels to add a bit of sunshine to the group. The Camp Jacket is a nice change from a jean jacket.
The Multicolour Floral Group is gorgeous. The King St Dress has never looked so good. Perfect for a wedding, a garden party, and just for feeling lovely. The Summer dress needs no accessorizing because of the gathered detailing at the neckline and the surprise detailing at the shoulder. When a dress is too much pattern for you, why not slip on the cropped Rachel Jacket in pinks or blues? Pick up a piece now and get ready for the compliments.
