Spring Crush

We are still crushing for Crush fabrics!  For this spring we have it in khaki, brown, blue, and sand.  J&J did not know when to stop – 3 jacket styles, 4 dress styles, pants, tops, and skirts.  Light weight and hand washable, this fabric has it all, including the requested Market Dress!

Know-tions

Joyce and Judy love to use snaps for a “snappy” little closure.  The best way to undo a snap is to slide your thumb nail between the two snaps and it will pop open.  The worst way to open a snap is to tug on your jacket until they open – you could tear the fabric.

Ooh, how beautiful!

The Rumpled Print is one of the most beautiful fabrics for Spring.  A soft satin finish with a floral print lends itself well to classic styled pieces.  The Magdalena Top and Dress are both fitted at the waist with an open neck detailed with exposed darts.  The Topper will add glamour to any outfit.  And the Glenn shorts offer a bit of humour and youthfulness to the group.

What is old is new again…

Nothing could be truer than J&J resurrecting the Ruth Top.  It looks like a top they did back in the 80’s but has been completely re-drafted to fit today’s woman.  The Ruth top is part of a small group called Embroidered Stripe.  The Windy Dress is simply a great feminine dress with a fitted bodice and a full skirt.  The third piece in the group is the Horizon Jacket.  You will once again be impressed when you see how perfectly the stripe is matched!

59% cotton, 32% polyester, 9% nylon – hand wash, hang dry or dry clean.

Along with this group we have shipped Virgola Twill.  A small group of separates in cotton/rayon.

Know-tions

A trick we learned from models is using a baby wipe to remove deodorant marks.  Always test in a hidden area, like the inside of a hem, to make sure it won’t mark the fabric.  All fabrics are different and we cannot guarantee that it will be safe for all fabrics.

4. Finally, come to Trinity Bellwoods Park and sign our giant ‘heart in the park’ – leave some lipstick kisses, declare your love, or ask someone to Marry You. It’s a giant public love note – and it’s free.
