Dreaming of Paris

The Paris Trench in Orange Canvas is in.  Based on a traditional trench, this version has exaggerated details like the box pleat in the back, bigger pockets, and a larger collar but is kept modern with its shorter hemline.  Think 70’s Columbo in orange!  You’ll be glad you did.

Bordering on Perfect

This group is inspired by beautiful women and beautiful fabric.  Meet the Kathy Dress, the Isabella Top, and the Purdy Skirt as they make beautiful use of the Border Jacquard in navy/burgundy and black/grey.

know-tions

Pilling is caused when there is a strong fiber and a soft fiber side by side, plus friction.  If you notice that pilling is starting you should think about why it is happening: is the belt you’re wearing too rough? is your shoulder bag always on the same shoulder? Sometimes the balls can be gently picked off, sometimes they can be cut off (be careful!), sometimes there is nothing you can do.  Bummer.
